Creamy Garlic Butter Sauce For Tuscan shrimp

To prepare the toast you will only use shrimp, toast, creamy Tuscan shrimp (recipe below) and pico de gallo.

Appetizer: Smoked Tuna Toast

  • 4 servings, simple
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon chopped serrano pepper
  • 16 toasts
  • 4 sliced prickly pears
  • 1/2 pound of smoked tuna in thin slices
  • 1 sliced avocado
  • 1 sliced paradise mango
  • 1/2 cup pickled onions
  • 2 yellow lemons

Preparation: Grind mayonnaise with chili. Spread some mayonnaise on each toast, place slices of prickly pear, tuna, avocado, and mango. Garnish with onions, a pinch of salt and a few drops of lemon.

Main course: Creamy spaghetti with shrimp

  • 4 servings, simple
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 cups small shrimp
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 pound dried spaghetti
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions, drain, add a little olive oil and set aside. Heat the butter over medium heat, sauté the onion and garlic. Add the creamy Tuscan shrimp and bathe with the butter. Reduce heat and pour milk, cream, and broth. Mix until integrated. Add the pasta and salt and pepper. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.

  • 4 servings, simple
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 2 vanilla pods
  • 1/2 tablespoon of natural vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 cup seedless green grapes

Heat the milk over medium heat. Add scraping, pods and vanilla extract. Remove the pods when boiling and reduce the heat. Integrate the sugar with the help of a whisk. Pour a little of the warm mixture into the yolks to temper (the goal is to achieve the same temperature without cutting the yolk or having uneven cooking) and add to the milk little by little while still moving.
